Crawling Update

Just in case you were logging on to see if I had made any progress with crawling, I'm sure the video answered your question.

Still struggling to get my belly of the floor, but making progress. My family thought it was funny to start signing "patty cake" in the middle of my efforts. I just couldn't resit, I had to participate!

VROOM VROOM

Aunt Kelly and Uncle Josh got me my first car! I wasn't sure how to get it to go, but when someone pushed me, I had a blast!

Don't mind the belly shot, it kind of got in the way :)

Pancakes

Christmas morning Mommy made me a new breakfast treat. Something called "PANCAKES". I wasn't so sure about the taste, maybe a little too sweet for my liking. Funny thing about it was every time Mommy said "take a bite of your pancake" I would clap my hands together and play "patty cake". I was a bit confused, but Mommy thought it was funny.

Guess Who Came???

Guess who came to my house????

SANTA!

I couldn't believe my eyes when I came down stairs and saw my activity table!!! I kept looking at Mommy and Daddy in disbelief. After playing with my table a few minutes I realized that Santa also brought be a baseball tee, a push car, and several books and movies.

This guy is GREAT!!!

Gingerbread House

Can you believe my Daddy is 29 years old and never decorated a Gingerbread House? This year he wasn't going to let it pass him by. Mommy bought a Gingerbread House kit and Daddy and I did the rest.

Just a few hours after finishing the house, my Daddy broke it into pieces to eat! He said "What's the point of making a Gingerbread House if you're not going to eat it??" I agree!

Look what I found...

Look what I found when Mommy wasn't looking. She put me down next to my basket of toys and walked away. Some how I managed to scoot and turn towards the tree. When Mommy came back I had already found them....Christmas presents!

My First Haircut

What an experience!!! First Mommy sprayed my hair down with a water bottle. Then she combed it nice and straight. Next she took these sharp things and began to snip. I think she got carried away! Check out how bad I look from the side. Poor Mommy, it was her first time cutting a babies hair. Next time she should take me some where professional! What do you think?

Brushing Teeth

No one believed my Mommy when she said that we brush my teeth. Now I have a picture to prove it! I love to brush all 5 of my teeth!

Wheeeee!!!!

My Nana bought me a slide a few weeks back. Its absolutely my favorite thing to do these days. Watch this! My Aunt Kelly is at the bottom to catch me and my Nana and Paw Paw are watching as well.

Snow Hat

I know, I know....I live in Texas, but Nana and Mommy thought it was necessary to get me a snow hat. Here it is!

I'm Walking...Well, Not Really

Mommy says I'm too little to walk, but I'm going to try and prove her wrong. Check out my stride! (sorry its sideways, Mommy couldn't fix the video)

Update

Mommy is going back to work. I'm ok with it though because I will get to go to school and make lots of new friends. Mommy said I will have so much fun. I'm a little nervous about it, but I'm tough.

I went to see my Grammy and Grandad for Thanksgiving. It was a lot of fun! They gave me a new cell phone of my very own. I take it everywhere.

Guess what?? I saw Santa yesterday. He said I have been a good boy this year and he is going to bring me a present. I told him I wanted books, I wonder if that's what I'll get?? Mommy said she will post the picture of Santa and I later, when she has time ;)

There has been a lot going on, I'll post more about it later!

Mommy's Hair Towel

I know, I know, but Daddy thought it would be funny. I can't believe I let him put it on my head. Luckily my Mommy needed it back so it was only for a minute. Don't I look pretty though!

Just Hanging with Dad

Daddy showed me how to play NCAA Football on the PlayStation today! I haven't gotten all the moves down, but the control tastes GREAT!

MRI

Thank goodness! My Mommy and Daddy are holding off on the MRI for now. They talked to a few people and they all think its silly to pay thousands of dollars for something that has a .9% chance of finding anything. I'm just glad I don't have to be still that long!!! Mommy says she will keep you posted if anything changes.

Diaper Box Derby

I wasn't so sure what to think when my Mommy and Daddy put me inside my diaper box.

But after a few pushes around the living room I was hooked!!!

I was off to the races!!

(I'm sure most of us have pictures just like this! I know my own mother used to push me around the house just like this!)

My favorite toy is a ...

REMOTE CONTROL! Kyle Bear and I love to chew on them.

Look what I can do!

Only took me 7 months to discover that.... I HAVE FEET!

Say what??!!??

Today I had to go to the neurologist. My pediatrician said my head was too big!! ( Can you see the look on my face?) I wanted to say "Hey Doc, check out my Mommy's head!" Mommy took me anyways. Turns out my Mommy's head is also in the 95%, just genetic. They are sending me for an MRI soon, just to make sure. I'll have Mommy update after we go.

Rylan and I

My friend Rylan comes over every week. This week was Halloween and our Mommies let us spend the morning in our Halloween pjs. Aren't we cute??

Halloween Story Time

Mommy and I enjoy story time at the local library every week!! This week my teacher said I could wear my costume. Mommy was so excited to get me dressed up. All my friends were dressed up too. I was a horse, and my friend Rylan was a lion. Rylan slept through the whole thing, not me, I had too much fun!

Many have been asking...

Nope, not crawling yet. This is about as close as we get.
1. Mommy puts me on all fours.
2. I turn and smile.
3. I fall down :)
(Pictures from 1 month ago, but that's still what it looks like)

Pumpkin Patch

Jeremy and I were so excited to take Jackson to his very first pumpkin patch. We made plans to travel to Marble Falls to Sweet Berry Farms, but when we found out that would be a hour and a half drive each way, we canceled those plans and went down the street to a local church. We had a lot of fun taking pictures. Too bad the pumpkins we bought there were spoiled the next day!!

Here are a few pics of Jackson. He couldn't quite figure out why Mommy and Daddy were so excited about the yard full of orange balls!
